At CrossFit Chaparral, we believe fitness should be fun, empowering, and accessible — even for the youngest members of our community. Our CrossFit Kids program introduces children to the fundamentals of movement in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.
Through age-appropriate workouts, games, and challenges, kids learn coordination, balance, agility, and teamwork — all while building confidence and a lifelong love for staying active.
Each class is coach-led and designed to meet kids where they are, helping them discover their strength, celebrate progress, and develop healthy habits that last well beyond the gym.
