Fitness Programs at CrossFit Chaparral
At CrossFit Chaparral we believe that no matter your experience, gender, or age, fitness can be for you. Because of this, we provide a variety of fitness options to help you in your fitness journey. Our main emphasis is on CrossFit, however, we also provide personal training, and H.I.I.T. Classes.
CROSSFIT
CrossFit is the largest fitness program in the world – for Olympic athletes, their grandmothers, and everyone in between. CrossFit Chaparral is full of passionate, fun-loving athletes who come from a wide range of athletic backgrounds.
H.I.I.T
High Intensity Interval Training is perfect for beginners and advanced athletes and everyone in between! Our 9:15 am classes offer a convenient time slot for parents dropping their kids off at school. And, we have a secure child play area for the kiddos not yet in school. No CrossFit experience necessary!
PERSONAL TRAINING

CROSSFIT KIDS
CrossFit Kids is for 8-15 year olds who would like to improve their sports performance or get into shape. The class focusses on coordination, fitness, team-play, and confidence-building through physical fitness.
